Oh Soulive, if only you were the pep in my morning cup of joe. Times like these have me wishing I was a caffeine consumer. So in this case, thank you, Soulive for putting some pep into my morning o.j.! This has me thinking though - what would I want to listen to should I have to sit at a coffee house? Consuming a concoction of milk, fluff, whip, nutmeg and soy (am I missing anything?) this drink, needs a song to hold its hand. Interlocking fingers at this very moment is Solid and my imaginary coffee frappamochalatte. Doin' Something (released in 2001 on the Blue Note label) is on the go.
